User Training

End user training is the key element for a successful implementation. All of our implementation Projects begin with product education and training for the customer’s project team who will ultimately take ownership of the implementation and on-going usage of the solution.

This training is provided by our skilled and trained professionals, in both train-the-trainer and classroom formats, and is accompanied by a complete set of training material. This training is targeted to different segments of users depending on their varying role in the implementation. These categories include the following

a) Master users - Administrators and other personnel responsible for configuring and maintaining the key parameters which drive the application.

b) Key users – Users who are active participants in the implementation, and who will later become in-house training resource and be responsible for providing the first line of support.

c) End users - End users who use the system, but who have little involvement

d) IT Administrators – IT administration or technology team that will provide IT support for the smooth execution of the software.

Our training programs are designed to provide each of these various categories with the necessary expertise to perform their specific role during and after the implementation.
