Leave Management
This module caters to all the requirements and functions related to Employee Leave Accounting. All leaves including Earned Leaves, Casual Leaves, Sick Leaves etc are managed in this module.
This module is completely integrated with other modules of Harmony suite. Once it is integrated with Salary module it automatically provides Leave Encashment, Leave Fare Assistance and Leave without-pay calculation.
In this module user can define different Leaves
and employees’ leave entitlements. The system requires a one-time
setup to incorporate the existing leaves when you start using the module.
After that leaves taken by employees are entered and system keeps track
of remaining leaves.
