Employee Self Service

ESS is comprehensive Web-based module that takes care of various employee related needs on a self-service basis. System includes a detail inquiry and work-flow that reduces a lot of interaction between Human Resource Function and Employees.

ESS provides not only instant and accurate information for employees but also results in considerable time saving of employees and Human Resource Function.

This module uses a well defined security interface that provides flexibility to the user in defining the areas where an employee can have access.
