Overtime

This module takes care of the calculation and disbursement to employees with regard to overtime. Its flexible approach provides a mechanism to enter user-defined overtime formula.

Apart from overtime it can also calculate other related payments such as conveyance, meals etc. This too can be calculated using user-defined formula.

A complete disbursement process is available if the payment is made outside payroll. In case payment is made with payroll it has integration with the salary module with the capability to calculate income tax.

All necessary integration with other HARMONY modules is also available.
