Gratuity module helps organizations maintain the gratuity amount payable to an employee. The system has the capability to generate provision for the individual gratuity payable as well as the gratuity liability of the whole company.

It provides the necessary ease to configure user defined varying policies in the formula. This module has link with the payroll module to get the current salary of the employee and contribution(if any). It also provides exact gratuity payable to an employee at the time of separation.
