Final Settlement

Final Settlement module takes care of the dues and liabilities of an employee when he/she is leaving. This module calculates salary, notice pay, Expenses, Leave Encashment, LFA etc. It also takes care of the returnable assets given to an employee during his/her employment.

This module is linked with other modules of HARMONY to provide mechanism for Loan, Fund, Gratuity, Pension settlements with accurate income tax calculation.
